The VTX button is used to manually set the power, but it is not recommended to change it by yourself. Manually need to change the line sequence and quantity of the connecting lines. Improper operation will cause the VTX board to burn. 
If necessary, it is strongly recommended to use the BF link ti change the power parameters!
