Shipping policy

Our warehouse is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. All orders are dispatched from China.
Darwinfpv have received your orders and try our best to ship the products in the orders as soon as possible and deliver the goods for you in 1-5 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page (e.g. preorder).
Please waiting, parcel won’t be shipped or delivered on weekends or holiday. If we encounter a large number of orders or some products are out of stock, the delivery may be delayed for several days. Please give us extra transportation time. In case of special circumstances, we will notify you by email or announcement.
Darwin FPV is currently able to ship orders to most international addresses and If you encounter a country or area that Darwinfpv can't ship to, we will contact you by mail and refund the money for you. All the packages are sent by air.
The following are the details of DarwinFPV Shipping :
1.Mode of Shipping
- Standard shipping (normal limit 6-17working days)
- Express shipping(DHL 3-5 working days with relatively high shipping fee)
Darwinfpv is not responsible for the delay in shipping time because it is beyond our control.
2. Tracking your order
If you want to know the order status (e.g. "did my order ship?"), please log in to your Darwin FPV account and view your order history. Each order displays whether it has been shipped and provides a tracking link, (if any). If your order status shows shipped but you don't see the tracking, your order has been packaged and will be shipped soon.
If the order status is processing, it means that we have received your order and will ship it as soon as possible. If you want to know exactly where your order is, you can log in to the website（ https://www.17track.net/en ) Or（ http://track.4px.com ) and enter the tracking number.
3. About Tax
Taxes on imported goods / services may be collected and regulated by the local country. Darwinfpv is not responsible for paying import taxes on its products or services and the customer is responsible for paying them. If the package is returned due to the customer's failure to pay customs duties, the refund shall be reduced by the round-trip freight (if the round-trip freight is greater than the package value, we will abandon the package and will not refund.
4. About Payment
PayPal is the most convenient payment method in the world.
Darwinfpv mainly uses PayPal to handle secure payments. All prices are in US dollars. Please feel free to contact Darwinfpv to resolve any payment disputes.
5. Wrong Address
Parcel will be send to the address entered on our website during checkout. If the customer enters the wrong delivery address during checkout, we will not take any responsibility. If the customer contacts us before the package is marked as shipped, we can correct the wrong address. (freight forwarders, hotels and other addresses do not ship goods)
We cannot change the shipping address after the order is shipped because the address information you enter will be used as part of fraud detection and fraud prevention. If additional costs are required to re ship the package due to the wrong address, these costs may be passed on to the customer.
6. Package Lost
After handover of goods to the logistics carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. We will reasonably assist customers to file carrier claim for lost parcels, but we cannot guarantee compensation or refund for loss caused by third party logistics. For transit issues or delays, please also followup directly with the logistics provider.
7. Damaged box or incorrect item
If you receive any incorrect or damaged products, please contact us during 15 working days otherwise we won’t take any responsibility.
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Darwinfpv is not responsible for the delay in shipping time, as this is beyond our control.
DarwinFPV is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
