Return Policy
Our customers are very important to us.Please allow up to 5 business days for your Product Return to be received, tested, processed and completed. (see details below). We will give you the choice of exchanging your returned items for other merchandise, crediting your account towards future purchases, or refunding your credit card.
For New and Unused Product
We offer a (14) day return policy on all and new unopened equipment, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer. Anything beyond (14) days of delivery will not be eligible for return. If the product(s) received has been opened, used or damaged, no return options will be offered. We will not refund any shipping cost for unwanted products.
Cancel Orders
Before shipping, you can cancel your order and receive a refund to the original payment account. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If the customer cancels the order on his own, he will be responsible for the 4.4% PayPal handling fee and the $0.3 platform fee. Since these charges are not credited to our account, we can only refund the full amount of charges that have been credited to our account.
Return Notice
If the return is due to customer - related reasons, customers are liable for all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other expenses incurred when returning the unwanted product(s) to China. Additionally, customers need to bear the freight cost from DarwinFPV to their address.
Once your returned order reaches our facility, please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing. Items that demand extensive testing might take as long as 7 - 14 business days.
Upon approval by a DarwinFPV representative, an exchange or credit will be issued to the customer.
All returns and exchanges are subject to the discretion of DarwinFPV.
About Refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a receipt notice by email. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund. Once we get your approval, it will be processed. The refund will automatically apply to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Refund Delay
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank. Your refund may take some time to be officially initiated. There is usually some processing time before the refund. If you have completed all these operations but have not received a refund, please contact us at your convenience.
