Refund policy

Our customers are very important to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your merchandise, you may return it to us within 14 days from the day your order is received (see details below). We will give you the choice of exchanging your returned items for other merchandise, crediting your account towards future purchases, or refunding your credit card.

Cancel Orders

It is acceptable to cancel the order before shipment and the refund will be returned to the original payment account. When the order is shipped out and the order will not be canceled.

Return Process

DarwinFPV accepts returns ans the customer has the right to apply for return within 14 days after product delivery but you need bear the shipping fee by yourself.To qualify for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the item you received. It must also be the original packaging. At the same time, we will ask you to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to verify your return. Please ask our customer service first to ensure that you send the package to the correct address.

Custom orders or personalized items are not eligible for a 14 day refund. If the return is caused by the customer, the freight will be borne by the customer. Conversely, if the return is caused by DarwinFPV (damaged before you use it or incorrect product received), the customer is not required to bear the freight. No replenishment fee will be charged to customers for returned products.

All returns and replacements are at the discretion of DarwinFPV.

About Refund

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a receipt notice by email. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund. Once we get your approval, it will be processed. The refund will automatically apply to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund Delay

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank. Your refund may take some time to be officially initiated. There is usually some processing time before the refund. If you have completed all these operations but have not received a refund, please contact us at your convenience.
